This video is shown annually to all HFE employees. It showcases the culture of giving that is at the core of Share It Forward, and how Share It Forward helps employees across the company.
All proceeds of Love Works benefit The Share It Forward Foundation. The Share It Forward Foundation was established in 2005 in an effort to help employees of Herschend Family Entertainment (HFE) and their immediate families improve their lives. It has blossomed in that time due to employee involvement and the general principal it serves: Families helping families. Share It Forward not only assists HFE employees facing traumatic events, but also comes along side employees with everyday challenges through the single parent program, child assistance program, educational scholarships and counseling services.
Entirely separate from Herschend Family Entertainment Corporation, Share It Forward is a non-profit, 501(c)(3) charitable organization that receives the majority of its funding through the generous contributions of HFE employees and matching funds from HFE. In 2012 alone, Share It Forward was able to help nearly 800 employees and that number keeps growing each year.
