The real story is born out of the responses following the show. Herschend Family Entertainment (HFE) received thousands of responses. The overarching question was what makes HFE and it’s properties different?
It all starts with leadership, and I believe that “Leading With Love” is the best form of leadership for any organization. I’m talking about love, the verb, love in action. In fact, HFE actually uses love to define their leadership culture. HFE trains leaders to love each other, knowing that if they create a positive environment for their employees, the employees will in turn create an enthusiastic guest experience.
